We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Nirwanaa reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if any item is missing, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear images or videos of the package and product may be required for verification. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

9. Change of Delivery Address

Address changes can be requested only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, address modifications may not be possible.

10. Payment Mode

Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available. All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available on the website.

11. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of the products passes to the customer once the order is successfully delivered to the provided address. Nirwanaa is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery confirmation.
