Each piece of jewellery from NIRWANAA is carefully selected and quality checked before shipping. We carefully inspect each item before shipping and maintain a clear and fair policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, don’t like the design, or order the wrong item. Please review all product details and photos carefully before purchasing.If you’d like to see the product more clearly, you can request a product video or a short video call before placing your order — we’ll be happy to help you choose confidently.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please share:
- Your order details
- An unboxing video and clear photos showing the issue
Once verified, we will provide either:
- A replacement, or
- credit equal to the product’s value
Refunds are issued only if the same product is unavailable for replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins, and customized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only for necklaces, bracelets, or rings (if unused
and in original packaging) - You must request the exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer unless the product was
faulty or incorrect.
5. Payments
All orders are prepaid only — no Cash on Delivery (COD).
Refunds (where applicable) are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
